MSA 4x4 Accessories

Premium price with below average customer service. Bought a pair of msa towing mirrors and received a wiring loom which was missing two wires that operate the indicator. Endless emails and phone calls from myself and my local dealer with very minimal and delayed response from msa. Finally received the correct wires after a month. I waited another week before posting this review as in one of the emails was an invitation for a phone call from management, as I believed they had wasted my time with the amount of emails, calls and time spent removing door panels to confirm the correct wire, even though I had sent photos through with the initial email raising the issue. Unfortunately management is too spineless to make contact. Most other companies will reply to reviews whether it's a 5 star or a 1 star to either say thanks or to find out how to improve, but not this company !

Absolutely fantastic company! We had a slight issue with out ds60 drop down fridge slide, rang customer service and they were great! Ended up msa sent us the part free of charge and in 3 business days .

Update :After posting this review received a call from Matthew Mason only to be abused , bullied about why I reviewed them with 1 star . Matthew is more disrespectful then NSW Sales manager , no wonder the attitude from Emily . I guess that's their moto . Do yourself a favor and stay right away from them and spend your money somewhere where you are treated with respected. Shame to have such business bragging that they are Australian . This is very unAustralian attitude..NSW manager is rude product is expensive and faulty claims dept is unfair . Been chasing them for answers regards a claim on seat covers that stains and not water repellent as advertised but they claim the discoloration is supported .Waited 3 weeks , left numerous voice mails and not one returned.Maybe just get different brand plenty others available and get better after sale support .Their powered fridge slide also absolutely rubbish . Great service and a large range of products, cheap as well

Customer service is A1. MSA replaced a worn rain cover for the rooftop bag at no cost 3 years after purchase!!! Awesome. Also have their seat covers which have lasted 5 years & still in perfect condition & their fridge drop slide which is perfect. Bloody good stuff!!!

Love their products, draw setup and dropslide with table and barrier. Quality second to none. Also the mirrors have served me well as opposed to another major competitor.

I recently installed a set of MSA mirrors. The product quality is excellent and easy to install. They are a nice compact size and have a nice stylish look about them.

MSA is a wholesaler. However, they rectified a supply issue with a retailer and couldn't do enough to help. They normally don't sell direct to the public.
