Julie, she is a legend always very helpful and tries her level best to help us with our orders pretty much every sunday when we need extra stock and wholesale department is closed. Overall highly appreciated, the team here is very helpful including Safwan when it comes to wholesale.

Hand Slaughtered Chicken:There rumours that Medinah Chicken is not Hand Slaughtered although they claim and sell saying that. Even some of there staff members in Hoppers Crossing say its not hand Slaughtered.If it's not hand Slaughtered and they selling it saying that, then it's deception and breach of trust.Can Medinah Halal meat issue a statement and place a certificate in each shop, that confirms the Chicken is hand Slaughtered.Please keep Muslims trust in your business.Jazakallah Khair

Thank you for providing your Muslim brothers and sisters good quality halal meat and poultry. In the past, I had made several online orders and had them delivered to 3204 with no issue. In fact, the postcode is in the list of areas that you are able to deliver. I placed another online order on 22/03. When your staff rang me the next day, I was informed that you no longer deliver to 3204 and charged me $30 instead of $20 of delivery fee. I am not fussed about the extra $10 but I wouldn't place an order in the first place and caused such inconvenience to the delivery person if I had known. For that reason, kindly update your website.

Very disappointed with recent experience. Entered with a baby at 4:59 pm. I am inside the store, and a lady shouts brother we are closed". Not the right way to treat customers. No consideration that someone may have travlled from far

I only buy my meat from here. Always fresh and clean. I’m fussy with my meat and this place is the best.The marinated meat is really nice too!! Especially for bbq!One time there was (half cooked) bits of chicken on the edges of chicken tenders or breasts. No big deal as I just give it to my cat. but a little disappointed on that day.

We have come to Madina for a few months now to buy sausages for our weekly Auskick BBQ.The service, every Sunday, has been exceptional: friendly and efficient every time. Always fresh meat. Tried others halal meat shop but no comparison. Definitely recommend this shop for all halal meat requirements. They now also have camel milk and sausages. I am there customer for more than 10 years.
