I love my Lug + Carrie bike. We've had it for just over a year now, and can't imagine life without it. My partner often needs our car for work during the week, so I use the HSD for childcare pickups, for trips to the park, trips to the market, to activities etc. I've also recently returned to the office two days a week, and use it for my commute too (30km round trip). Hiring through Lug + Carrie makes everything so easy - I love that they come to your house for servicing and that you can swap accessories whenever you need to. I highly recommend!

My Lug+Carrie subscription has been life changing. As someone that doesn’t drive, it’s really opened up my world. I’m saving hours a week on my work commute and daycare drop offs. The panniers are big enough to fit plenty of grocery basics. I’m on my bike everyday, my only regret is I didn’t start my subscription earlier!

It's a breath of a fresh air these days when a company is able to provide excellent customer service. The guys at Lug+Carrie are always helpful and friendly. It makes the entire experience so enjoyable. I would recommend these guys to anyone.

Lug+Carrie are passionate about bikes, understand our needs as a family and the customer service is excellent. Our new bike has changed our life. It feels great to ride. We’re no longer stuck in traffic for the morning commute. The kids leap onto the bike each morning excited to go to school and kinder.

Cargo ebikes are transformative for an inner city family, and nothing could be better than lug and carrie ;) We got out during covid mostly got a bit of fun, and now couldn’t imagine going without it. Also, as we now use it to commute to work and instead of many car trips, we’re a net positive financially.

Lug and Carrier provide a fantastic service. We were lucky enough to get a trial of the bike as part of their generous offer to healthcare workers during COVID. We have continued renting because we love it so much. I do a full load of shopping in the panniers, pick up the kids from school and also commute to work. I love that I can park anywhere like a normal bike. It saves me so much time! Highly recommend. They have great customer service too.

I've had a Lugg and Carrie bike for about 15 months - just ticked over the 2000km service.The team at L&C are lovely - bike came back from service looking brand new!I have found the lease structure ideal given my expected need for my cargo bike won't continue once my son starts full time schooling.Knowing there's a resource to keep the bike repaired (had a flat tyre in March) and regularly serviced (needed new brake pads on first service) gives good peace of mind, especially since the bike is not as straightforward to do repairs on.

I am just loving my Lug and Carrie experience! It's only been a month but I cannot imagine my life without my trusty HSD. The service from the team has been impeccable and I feel so cared for - I know that they are there to answer any questions and provide me with support, and my bike with a service.
