Excellent service this morningI had to call the poor driver waking him up because an emergency came up. He came and picked up our puppy 2 hours earlier so I could go pick up my husband who had broken down.The man was very nice at pick up.Thank you so much I will recommend to anyone who needs your service.We hope you enjoy your trip Snoopy to your new home

Amazing service from start to end. My two furbabies were treated well and with love on their very long drive from Brisbane to Wollongong. Clean comfy cages. They went out of their way to accommodate our needs. Will definitely recommend to anyone that needs pet transport.

Absolutely thrilled with the service from Royal Paws. We booked our 4 yr old Cavoodle, Flynn, on a trip from Melbourne to Sydney.We watched his progress via the link RP sent us, we were sent photos of Flynn during his journey, he looked happy and safe.The air-conditioned van and facilities were in excellent condition and communication regarding pick up and drop off and throughout the entire journey was great!Jeremy was friendly and pleasant and kept us well informed of Flynn’s well-being.We will definitely use this service again and highly recommend it to others. First time using there service and I am incredibly impressed right from the beginning to the very end. Sooky got to QLD safely, staff made her feel so comfortable and made sure she was ok through out the trip, that put us at ease. They even went beyond sent updates and photos to us via text message knowing we were so worried, that made a huge difference, thank you again to the amazing staff, we can’t thank you enough.

Second time using Royal Paws!! The alerts to let me know how far away in minutes they were and real time tracking on a map. It was the most reliable efficient pick up I’ve had. The van was fitted out beautifully and the flooring looked so soft and comfy, my little girl was very comfy in there……Great peace of mind….and the staff was very friendly. Highly recommend!

Nice enough and helpful.Had some trouble getting confirmation details. Phone numbers got mixed around and did not get a notification/alert that the driver was close to the drop off location.All in all would use them again but would hope they organise themselves or their system a little bit more.
