Unbelievably rude and unkind people working at this place. Steer clear of the old man. Don’t waste your time dealing with these people.

Some of the rudest staff I have ever had to deal with, wouldn't do simple tasks that other post offices had done with ease and was actively rude to us and other customers while we were there.If you can go to another branch, I highly recommend you do so, I'd rate them 1 star if 1 star reviews weren't more likely to be ignored

This is my first Google review because I was shocked and offended by the horrible customer service! Tried to get a photo taken for my 4 months son, the tall & short hair & elderly lady was really rude and impatient to us. We were the only customers during that time, she kept emphasizing that my son couldn't be able to hold his head and came back when he would be able to keep still. and ask me to move my hand away in a very rude and loud voice. She also kept telling me that they are not happy to take a photo even before she started to do it. I understand that takes a photo for newborns can be challenging, but this is part of your job and people cannot just do the easy parts but a get ride of it" attitude for the difficult ones. The other reason I am feeling angry is how she treated my son

I went there and those elderly women who work there began our interaction being rude and had no interest in helping with a simple form. rolling of eyes, huge sighs, body language that gave the impression that the customer was an idiot for wanting help with a simple form. getting accepted into the army would be easier than this. if I could give less than 1 star I would

Save yourself time and don’t go there!! The old man was a horrible person, as soon as he saw me walk in he had the worse attitude, I really needed to get an important document done by today and the closest post office was Waurn Ponds.Usually when you go to the post office people help you and are very friendly but this guy literally almost grabs my phone off my hands saying I didn’t believe what he was saying, when I said you don’t have to be rude he kept trying to reach my phone, I left and said don’t worry about it and he said : “good good leave” what kind of customer service is that? If you are depressed that all you could achieve in life was working at the post office then retire now, he looks like he could of retire ages ago.

I’ve been here several times and experienced good customer service but today I dealt with an old English guy who treated me and my 1.5 years old baby with no respect. I felt ashamed infront of lots of people standing in the queue. Seems like he was arrogant and racist but reading all the reviews regarding an old guy from other people showing he is just like that. Probably he needs a review regarding his behaviour and employ someone capable of doing this job especially handling busy times. He makes expressions like we are stupid and wasting his time. Never approach this guy who mocks and treat you without any respect.

Just got here 10 minutes before closing time and had the door locked in my face. Lady didn't say anything. Rude! Yes, there was a line.Maybe don't do passport photos on a Saturday morning if you are closing at 12?I've since gone back there. The old man served me. I was the only person in the shop and he refused to serve me at first, because he didn't think Australia Post offered that particular service (putting money on my card). Body language was cold and off putting, with his folded arms and cold stare when I asked a simple request. I was able to get the money on the card with them fine, no need for them to tell me they can't do that when they can. I then called the shop and complained and their words were, You took up our time. We don't appreciate that

Genuinely hit-and-miss customer service. Depending on the day, you might have a nice (normal) interaction, other days the counter staff will seemingly be having a bad day and do their best to pass it on to you.

Worst customer service ever. My wife went there there to renew our daughter passport. The man over there was very rude to her when she was asking questions about thr form. She requested someone else to help her. Walking away she saw him saying Stupid".Working in retail and running my business
