Excellent bag and luggage shop. Staff very professional and helpful for giving advice to getting which luggage to get for our overseas trip. We were recommended American Tourister by the lady who served my family because of the storage size the large American Tourister luggage holds.I highly recommend getting luggages from any Strandbags stores including this store over any other companies because they test their products for theft, etc. Don't bother with the cheap brands and the luggages from markets as they are likely fakes. But these luggages here are authentic which may offer a high price tag but offers great sales.

Went here to buy a new bag, other places are cheaper, BUT the bags are cheap too.

If there are 10 stars, I will give this store 10/10. The best customer service and value for money!

Wish I could give more stars! Experienced the best customer service tonight from Victoria. I was after a specific bag which wasn’t in stock and she helped me locate one at another store. She called about 5 different locations until she found one and got them to put it on hold for me! I kept apologising for the hassle & told her I wish I needed something else so I could buy something for her to get a sale, but she was just so genuinely kind about it all! Don’t think I’ve ever had service like that from anywhere and it’ll definitely be an experience to remember. Will be going back on the next occasion I need to buy a bag and make sure I get that sale through to her! Thanks again Victoria, so many of us could learn from you :)
