Tried to contact Bona Australia via their website, no joy, so called their Melbourne Head Office but number is not connected. Where are they?

I actually really used to like these products for their ease of use and functionality, but not anymore.Unfortunately I’ve had a really average experience using the current timber floor mop ranged with the spray function not working properly.The first time I had this issue right after I purchased the new mop, I contacted the manufacturer who informed me there was an issue with the cartridges and they provided me with a new one free of charge. Fine. However this only temporarily fixed the problem and after a couple of uses, the spray function is failing again, meaning the mop is now useless and after removing the cartridge, a spring has now popped out and I have no idea how to put it back together..Won’t be wasting my money on these mops again.
