If you expect customers to be polite and courteous to your staff, well we expect your staff to show the same. Your female cashier at drive through window ought to learn how to communicate and smile. Appalling attitude. If you don’t like your job, don’t work there.

Awful staff, if you walk in they avoid you and prioritise drive thru while you wait and desperately try to catch someone's eyes just to be served.Don't even think about cursing inside the restaurant, if you use a casual F bomb for emphasis in a verbal complaint you'll get kicked out quick smart.

Ordered rooster roll and it came out all soggy and chicken doesnt seem fresh. Looks nothing like the picture at all.

Food was fresh and made to order with a little wait in the waiting bay. Went on the Easter Monday public holiday at 10.15am so the wait was understandable. Great customer service by the guy that served me and apologised for the wait time. Last time I went to the store the voucher was taken but this time the guy returned the voucher so would be good for consistency in the future for either the voucher to be taken or returned. The voucher is good for getting repeat business.

Terrible service, waited 45mins for a chicken and a half. No mention of the wait time and had the kitchen staff laughing at me while I was trying to resolve the issue. Have never had such frustrating service in my life. What a terrible group of kids playing kitchen.

I particularly told the staff not to add salt, No Salt. And yet it is still too salty to enjoy my Chicken Dinner with mash.Disappointing.

Not sure if all Red rooster are like this, but the hot chicken rolls here are absolutely pathetic. There's virtually no chicken. Greasy tiny microwaved rolls filled with fatty god knows what. So yuck. Not sure what we are paying for here. Fanta was cold, chips hot but gross tasting, green potatos used. Service was perfect though. Thank you. Food is just disgusting, and you can't improve on that. I suspected even if the chicken roll was jam-packed it would still be disgusting. Reminder not to eat fast food sh**!!! So thanks
