Murray Bridge Central Olympic Motel & Cottages

You don't make a motel 5 star by putting mirrors on the cupboard at the foot of the bed. Very old!!!! And severely overpriced. My work colleagues have always stayed here but never again. They are appalled at what I have reported to them.Interestingly, it appears that I was the only person staying there overnight.Thank goodness that all other visitors made better choices than me.

I don't know what it was about this place, but I just felt really comfortable here. After driving a long distance the gum trees and bird chatter in the garden was wonderful. The staff were very nice and caring. The owner was so courteous to call me warning that the next town I was going to was booked out due to a convention and he made a suggestion of another place where I might stay with my pet. Very thoughtful. I stayed an extra night here just because it was a good place.

Great place to stay! Really comfortable bedding and Awesome lady at the front desk! Let us stay the night after the SA Hills bushfires December 2019 and got out of bed to help out at 2am! BTW those doughnuts are fresh and yours in the fridge. We intentionally left them there as a 'thank you' surprise...❤❤❤❤

Very clean and tidy. Comfortable. Lots of utensils which is very rare to find in Motels nowadays. Excellent shower. Friendly staff. Very welcoming. Reasonable rates.

Loved the bed here --- beautiful sleep! It was older style - but everything was comfy. Loved the arm chair near the bed - wanted to take it home! Thanks Sarah for your hospitality and help. We appreciated it and you are a credit to the Motel!

What an amazing little motel, pet friendly!! the rooms were immaculate, crisp clean linen, huge 65 inch smart tv, the owner was a gentleman, after having a BBQ dinner in the cute little BBQ are surrounded by nostalgic well kept gardens we chilled out on our king size pillow top posturepedic mattress and watched some Netflix. Perfect place to rest after a long drive. Best nights sleep we've had in a very very long time.We've travelled the whole country, we usually sleep in our roof top camper but every once in a while we treat ourselves, this was the most comfortable, affordable place we have stayed.

Don't judge this book by it's cover! I had a wonderful stay, with excellent service. The building may not be shiny new outside, but you will find everything you need inside right down to red or white wine glasses. My room had a comfy new Sealy king size bed with crisp white linen, relaxing chairs and a 50 flat screen tv with Foxtel and regular channels. It also had a thoughtfully stocked kitchen area with new bar fridge

It's an old motel but the room and facilities were excellent. Comfortable bed, delicious breakfast and owner was friendly and helpful.

What a lovely, clean, very reasonably priced and thoroughly enjoyable stay we had at this motel. The chap at reception whose parents started this business was ever so personable. We were travelling through from Wallaroo SA to Geelong Victoria and I felt a need to write this review. We booked in to a motel in Adelaide and needed to say to the owner that we can not stay here because we were towing a boat that was too big to fit through the driveway entry and it was difficult to understand the Indian owners accent but what was not in any doubt was a lady who came in to reception and paid for 3 days on line was very angry at the extreme uncleanliness of the place and wanted a refund to book somewhere else which is terrible in my opinion. Our experience at this motel, as mentioned was lovely. Thank you Sir.

Nice clean rooms. Very friendly staff. Will bend over backwards to make your stay enjoyable. Free bbq, and free washing and drying machines. Highly recommended
