Atlas Autobody

My mechanic recommended Atlas to me. They are very well organised and experienced, and more importantly, they are trustworthy not overquoting for anything unnecessary. Pierre was great taking care of my car. Job was finished professionally and on time. For anything paint or auto body related issues, Atlas is definitely one of the best places to go. My mechanic won't recommend an auto body shop for no reason!

Atlas did work on my car to fix numerous scratches. The quality of work is exceptional and impossible to tell it’s had a full respray! 2022Returnee to Atlas after 5 years, for a repair on an unfortunate incident with my 4 weeks new Mazda 3, after someone dinged the door panel.This time it was straight to Atlas as my preferred repairer.Another great job completed by the team on a particularly difficult colour that required extra attention to detail when doing the job to ensure a factory finish.Matt has been fantastic with his communication from day 1 (which was actually during the xmas break!) and customer satisfaction is clearly a key focus of both Matt and Pierre.———2018After having a brand new mazda 2 for 2 weeks, some fool decided to jump onto the bonnet for fun! to make matter worse, my insurer recommanded a repairer who did THE WORST job repairing what really was something so simple.I returned to the repairer a second time to rectify, and and it came back even worse!!. Frustrated and not sure what to do next, i did some research online, and found ATLAS, the positive reviews were what stood out with the workmanship being of the highest quality. I popped in, unannounced, but this wasnt a problem for Pierre, who took the time to take look right over the previous “repairs”. I was happy to just pay to have it fixed, thinking i was the one stupid one for going to a “recommended repairer” but Pierre encouraged me to make sure i stuck to my guns with my Insurance company to have this rectified and not leave me out of pocket. I today received my car back, in showroom condition, back to “new car” condition as it should have been. i could instantly tell the different in workmanship and quality of the work from the first sight on the car. thank you to Atlas - i highly recommend them, you will not regret your decision to have your problem fixed here, big or small. thanks Pierre and team for a great job.

I've used Atlas now over the last 7 years, as well as my brother and have recommended to another friend. Outstanding local business. They reduce heart-attack when dealing with insurance companies as they know the process inside and out. Phenomenal job by the team at Atlas dealing with my complicated insurance claim on a classic bmw. I approached Atlas after another repairer did nothing for 12 months. It's no surprise they regarded as one of Sydney's leading workshops.

This is one of two businesses I know that have a great deal to teach everyone about customer service, no matter your industry. My wife is a magnet, and after her collisions with other cars and trucks, her car has been repaired here so many times I’m expecting an invitation to the office Christmas party. Each time, from beginning to end, the service has been exemplary. The workshop and reception area are spotless with nothing out of place. Communication is clear, concise, and timely. The car returns looking like new. If I didn’t know, I couldn’t tell the car was repaired. My greatest surprise is receiving a clean car on collection so I don’t have to have a car wash.
