Having online orders is great, can always get what drinks you want n receive text message with time to pick up in the store. Have met some new friendly staff only to happy to help.

Not good at all .. staff is rude ...When I place order online for pick up... As per the protocol they ask for id I show my international valid licence but they refused to give me my order , after long discussion they agree to give me my order... I'm 33 year old they can see that and my photo was on licence as well.I show my passport then they agree to give me my order. So much drama ...When I was in Queensland I always put order online for pick up and always get my order with international valid licence but here in Merredin they refused to give me my order I don't know why.I got so upset

I bought alcohol online, went to pick it up, told I needed to be double vaccinated to pick up my order or to find someone who is to pick it up for me, so I did went back and got told I needed to change the name on my order and I said I didn’t know how cause I used zippay. They couldn’t help me, asked for my money back and they told me no. So now you have my money and refuse to give me what I paid for and refused a refund.

Good, clean, well run bottle shop. Extra bonus for having opening hours that go past 5pm in week nights!
