Australia Post - Caroline Springs LPO

I run a small business and have a business account which I set up with another Australia Post location. Upon taking my business QR code into Caroline Springs Australia Post, they advised that I had the incorrect code, and couldn't process my mail. I advised that I had previously come to their store, and many others around Victoria- and used my QT code many times in the past, however this particular worker continued to advise that I was in the wrong. Upon following up with my regular Australia Post outlet, I was advised that this should not have occurred and I am able to use my QR code at any outlet. Not only was this a waste of time, but this particular worker was actively misleading to a customer and refused a service which should have been provided. Incredibly unprofessional and I'll ensure not to post with Caroline Springs again.

Line is always out the door. Most of the time even snakes around to the toilets entry. Also asian man is very rude and condescending. Wish I didnt have to deal with this PO but the posties never want to leave parcels at my front door

They don't even deserve this One Star. I run a local business on the shopping centre only about 50 metres from this Post office.Gor past 2 years or so, they have stopped delivering Mails to us and just report that a delivery was attempted and no one was on premises. Moreover, they don't even leave a note.Today when my staff went to collect the parcel, this manager was extremely rude and refused to give it to her saying he need a written authorisation from the Director of the business stating that the she was eligible to receive the parcel. Also an evidence that the director was himself authorised to receive this parcel. I am overseas and this man refuses to talk to me over the phone does not want to share his e-mail or communicate in any way.MOST RIDICULOUS

Shocking allways crowded, very slow service ,, waste too much time, they need more staff or a bigger shop

Today my partner was served by a very arrogant extremely rude middle eastern male behind the counter who told him he needed a lawyer so his form could be signed, and that he works ‘for the government’ . The said form is an authorisation, ID was shown in three forms for which no lawyer is needed. No need to put your customers down and he should be more respectful if he works for the government. My partner then went to Deer Park Post Office where he was treated very respectfully with no mention of any lawyer before his form was signed.

Horrible customer service! I went in to pick up a package, The item was listed on my aus post app along with an email sent to my phone, I didnt have ID on me so I showed a photo of ID but apparently its not good enough because not a hard copy! The man was simply rude! Ive never had any issues at any post offices in the past regarding the same situation! The guy was on some power trip! Learn to speak to your customers properly otherwise you should consider another job!instead of being a miserable old man!!

I got an email saying my parcel was ready for collection at 11:30am , I went to the post office at 1pm to collect it, the man at the counter ( very dry personality and rude ) told me to come back the next day. I informed him I had received an email saying it was ready for collection, he checked ,he said i had to wait for the parcel to be put up on the shelves so I had to come back in again in a couple of hours... I have one crying baby with me , if the parcels are NOT ready DON'T send an email saying they are and waste people's time .

Legendary service. Very friendly, prompt with a will to support. If you want to go through a fuss free passport application, this is your place. Stay away from the one in Watergardens office run by grannies.

yall honestly need to fix your team up. i’m a minor and went to go pick up my package and i didn’t have my ID, so understandable. I needed an adult with my last name. Asked my father to go pick it up, they still denied it. Make up your mind and if the package isn’t ready to pick up then tell us, don’t send a message saying its ready to pick up, then it not being available. make up ur mind.

One of the worst post office I have been been and experienced,. So unprofessional. I couldn’t even understand a word from a staff and couldn’t understand him properly and a word, i live 3 minutes radius. Customer service there is always a delay in serving customers, they take so much time and the treatment is worst then you can I gone, unfortunately it was store manager and his colleague who spoke so rudely just because they couldn’t be bothered helping me when I asked a question, instead they gave me an ultimatum. At the end I left the shop and end to watergardens post office and had a great customer experience/service with respect and was heard what I expected & needed and was 100percent satisfied! Caroline Spring branch manager needs to be replaced ASAP. They lost a valuable customer
