I have been blown away by the outstanding and I mean outstanding customer service from Louise and Campbell at Beacon Lighting Artarmon. After receiving a wrong order item, I called the store and spoke with Louise who immediately arranged a courier to send the correct item from another store and her colleague Campbell came and collected the incorrect item. The correct lamp arrived the same afternoon. I had only placed the order the night before. Absolutely terrific initiative and customer service. Thank you.

Bad follow-up service!! They are very happy to sell their products, and but if there is a problem within the warranty period, please they don't want to know about it.Buyer beware!!Fans are supposedly Italian, but made in China out of cheap material.

I paid for my order of various pendants on 6th January and received it delivered 1st March with a broken pendant covering. It’s now 24th March and I still haven’t received a replacement. Very disappointed with Beacon’s customer service.

Serving by Wendy today on a Sunday which was wonderful, she is professional and very patient, especially handling my very complicated case. Although the product isn’t perfect but because of her professional opinion I took the product home.Much better experience than last time (during the weekdays), which I was served by a very bad attitude sales lady, that made me felt whether I should continue purchase any product in this store in the near future.

Bought a Lucci fan less than 2 years ago.Motor is fine but the fitting bracket on pedestal is not sturdy.Salesperson was not at all helpful when my partner went there today.Beware of what you buy from this particular store!

I came in to the Beacon Lighting Artarmon last week and was looking for an air purifier and a fan. I was greeted by Daniel who was very friendly and provided me great customer service and knowledge about the products. I am very happy about my purchase and the service, would definitely recommend!
