You don't come in here expecting normal, because they've simply exceeded any expectations of any snowboard shop I've walked into. I am so grateful for the genuineness of the people working here, and furthermore the personal touch they add to ensuring you find the right fit. I found myself an amazing pair of boots just in time for the snow, and I will simply say - you have to visit this spot to believe me. We bought our first snowboards from Boardworld. They provided the best service we've ever had. It didn't matter how many questions we asked, nothing was ever too much trouble, in fact I recall Jeremy even calling us from Canada at one stage. The Boardworld Team's service is second-to-none, we will always be loyal Boardworld customers.

I booked a one-on-one appointment with Jeremy at the Snowboarding Boardworld branch a few days ago and it was a super helpful and informative experience. We had a really nice chat and he walked me through all the gear I was looking for and what his personal favourites were which was awesome. The one-on-one aspect of the visit was invaluable as he could really go in to depth about the different bits of gear. I was also surprised by how big their range was in-store, they’re stocking a lot of pretty hard to find Volcom gear which is dope. Ended up having a great time and buying boots and pants, Thanks so much Jeremy!

I called an hour before closing and Boardworld were able to fit me in for an appointment prior to a trip. Jeremy ran through a few boards that would meet my needs and more and offered great service and advise. They had a great range available and it was refreshing to take with someone with real knowledge in the industry and able to match board design with my needs.A1 service - great range and board design knowledge.....why would you shop anywhere else?As a bonus...managed to find a couple of nice shirts to round out the experience.Having now had a week on the board....it was the perfect choice.Thanks Jeremy and Boardworld - I'll be back. I chanced upon this store by accident but I am so glad that I did. I had the most fantastic experience at Boardworld. Jeremy and team are knowledgeable and enthusiastic about sharing their expertise. You can tell that they are really passionate about what they do.I am relatively new to the snowboarding scene and they were very patient in answering all my questions even those that were not gear related. I bought my first snowboard setup here and am absolutely in love with it.This is a one-stop shop for all your snowboarding needs and I highly recommend it. Will definitely return in the future!
