After our disappointing experience with another Snooze metro store our experience with Lisa at Snooze Claremont couldn't have been better. Not only did the bed turn up in the given time frame, it was the correct size and undamaged. We are extremely happy with Lisa's assistance and would highly recommend her.

Awful expensive pillow!I have purchased a Tempur pillow at $280. I explained the sales person that I have back issues ( A.S ) and I was after pillow that would help. Choosing a pillow and trying it for 3 mins in store is not reflecting a night of sleep. I woke up the day after with a terrible pain in my neck and my spine. Called straight away to explain my issues. I have been told I couldn’t bring it back. I wish I would have been advised about this when I purchased it, I m now left with an expensive pillow that keeps me awake at night as it’s so uncomfortable. Snooze should train their staff in a better way. I would have preferred to be advised about the impossible exchange condition than getting $29 off.I had way better advice at Snooze Osborn park when I purchased my mattress in July last year.What a waste is money !!!!!

Nice range of beds. Delightful service. Used their computerised bed to see what bed type suited us. But quite expensive....

I have recently bought a bed frame and mattress from snooze Claremont I don’t usually write reviews but for this I do, for the customer service and helpfulness of the staff there. Very knowledgeable and not pushy with sales , very relaxed and considerate. I would definitely recommend you go there. Dan was especially helpful with our mattress choosing which was quite daunting with the selection they had but we picked the perfect one. Thanks again snooze Claremont
