I would like to thank the Storage King staff at Rutherford for their friendly and professional introduction to renting a suitable unit for my requirements and explaining thoroughly how to access my unit easily with the use of a lift and complimentary trolley.The facility is very clean and well maintained, with a lovely new office plus nice bright coloured units with great security coverage.I'm looking forward to storing with them. Went in this arvo to buy some boxes, the bloke behind the counter come running out carrying on about where I parked my motorbike told me I was trespassing even though I had ridden through an open gate. Go to safe an sound on New England hwy just up the rd good boxes, good service and a car park

I was doing a quick move & when I rang I had no idea of the size container I'd need, after telling the guy I spoke to - sorry but I forget your name - the amount of furniture & boxes I had, he suggested a size which turned out to be perfect. I ended up being delayed a day because of a useless moving company but was told all good we'll keep the container for you & we'll see you tomorrow then" when I rang to let them know

I was able to easily find a storage unit that suited my storage needs. The online move-in reservation process was quick and easy. Accessing and locating the storage unit was also a simple task. Angela was very helpful with the entire process.
