Hillbrook Projects has just completed our development for the construction of 6 townhouses. The overall project was completed in just over 12 months despite, in such unstable times in the construction industry.We cannot speak highly enough of the very high standard of the completed townhouses.The progress of the development and the communication between Freddie and Ben as the job progressed was professional, efficient and friendly!The professionalism of the whole team is outstanding. We are very pleased with the result.I would have no hesitation recommending them if you want to partner with a quality Melbourne Builder.

Negative and disappointed. As a neighbour, when HILLBROOK PROJECT PTY LTD is doing the brick work, they contacted me and asked me for a favour to cut my fence, which is next to their garage and got access to my backyard. They promised that the job would be finished within 3 days and once the job done, the builder would clean up the dirt in my backyard and both owner and the builder would replace a new fence for me.Actually, the job finished over 3 days as they promised. After the job done, no one cleaned up my backyard. I tried to contact the builder, they said they would fix it as soon as possible. It has been over 3 weeks, I have being kept contact the builder, and they ignored my phone calls or just sent the SMS that they would contact my shortly. The fact is that they lied to me.

Did a below average job. Most fittings severely scratched, work rushed &/or not completed. Still waiting for replacements & repairs (it's been a year) & now messages go unanswered. It also seems my number has been blocked so as to avoid getting job done. Would not recommend if you have standards.

We've used Hillbrook on multiple jobs and have never had any problem. We've used some cowboys before but you guys make it so much easier. I really appreciate your help team you saved us !!!!!

We used the them after our last builder went bankrupt. They took over the job and fixed all their items. Honest, reasonable and very satisfied. Thanks guys

I have contacted Hillbrook Projects for a real estate project and I very much liked how they treated me even though I only communicated with them online. They have one of the most customer friendly staff which are superb with regards to customer care and service.I have more projects in mind and from what I experienced with Hillbrook Projects, I wouldn't look for other property development firms. I would choose them because we have started a long term bond that won't easily be broken.

I have worked with Hillbrook and their team for my last 4 projects over the previous 4 years and they are, without doubt, the only builder that I wish to work with. Through their value management process analysing materials, design and engineeering, they were able to reduce our construction contract price on our projects between $120,000 up to $480,000.
