Awesome style and fantasic enviroment. I have been training with Kyoshi Robert for over 20 years.... A true martial arts pioneer. Definitely recommend the Karate institute.... AWESOME!!!!!

Outstanding atmosphere and great for staying in shape. I find Robert to have extremely high energy and always make it a point to work with every single student no matter what. He pushes the students to instill confidence discipline and respect above all. He is also great with the kids and really knows what he's teaching as well. Highly recommend this martial school!!!!

An excellent Karate school for kids and adults. The Principal Instructor Robert Janceski is a very skilled teacher and martial artist. I have trained with Robert over the years and found his no nonsense approach a refreshing change to the plethora schools that are based on fun and entertainment. If you are interested in learning effective self defence in a respectful environment, this school is for you.

I did all my training at Rockdale under the legendary Merv Oakley, and having now seen Rob's technique, dedication and his ability to pass on his vast knowledge, I know he will continue Merv's legacy. A must for anyone who takes karate seriously.

You just can't beat 40 years of training and knowledge. Sensei Rob he's one of the best around. Whether you want to learn genuine karate or self defence then he's the man to see in Rockdale. Even better if you want genuine instruction in wrist locks and throws. This is a must for any civilian for law enforcement Personnel

If your looking for a traditional Karate school with an instructor with almost 40 years of knowledge and is passionate about karate Koshi Rob Janceski is the teacher for you. He has taught my children for a young age and continues to do so. Highly recommended ..

Highly recommended! Rob is experienced, firm but caring and lessons are so fun. Great for kids and adults. I have been training for two years. I love all the discipline, forms, self-defense, grapple and sparring. Rob is very big on character development and keeping us accountable. There is lots of space to practice. Rate are very affordable too, especially for the best martial art school in Sydney! This is the best investment you can do if you want to truly look after yourself and your family.
