Had my vehicle booked in for a GVM certification upgrade where before hand I had gone into the shop to get an idea on the price and how much extra I can get hoping to get 10%. Was informed of a price and told 10% would be achievable.Got the car done a few weeks later only to find out the upgrade was 4 times more expensive and I didn’t quiet get 10% more… no consultation about this before hand nor no help on the price.

Very helpful it seemed at first. On 3rd work they forgot to re tighten up front right wheel to shaft and car started falling apart on way home. I made it back, only just, and very scary drive with things falling out where car was coming apart. They did fix it, by tightening screw they had forgotten to tighten when handing car back. Not good.

Fixed my problem and thankfully found more to fix. Highly recommend them. Josh is a very good mechanic. I will now stick with them to oversee anymore problems.

Well, what a great business this is..only lived in town for a year or so and lucked upon Duane and his group, steering, service and auto transmission work as good as it gets. Rarely do I write reviews, However I feel like Ken Day are owed it, I called after being screwed around by another service and not only did they fit me in at one of the busiest times of the year, they had amazing customer service, I have only just moved to Bundy with my partner but I can with full certainty that they are my go to for all my future mechanical dealings. 5/5Thank guys!

Dwayne ,Josh and the boys run a great shop. My car has been there many times and each time is the same professional, knowledgeable and on point service you will ever get anywhere. Rose in the office is always lovely too. Highly recommend and won't go anywhere else.
