Very responsive to a potential sale but have been calling for days with no response. Commercial fit out of 7 washers and 10 dryers with1 dryer not working and a washer not working and no one to help even though machines are not 12 months old

When things go wrong, like your commercial washing machine breaks when you're finally busy for the first time in about 18 months, who are you going to call? Richard Jay, that's who. We reached out to a couple of commercial laundry providers, but Richard Jay got the job. The team were responsive, listened to our problems and requirements. We received a site visit to check measurements and the new machine arrived and was installed and working a week ahead of schedule. We love a good under promise and over deliver being in Hospitality. The team worked with our chemical company and our new machine is humming, we've named him Walter the Washing Machine and he's just perfect for our 33 room motel.
