Excellent place to do mountain bike ridding or walking camp ground tidy has toilets if you want a shower down the road it's$3 for 4min there's also a laundry down the road dogs allowed.

If you've ever ridden a mountain bike or want to ride one, get on ya bike and go to Derby. These trails are awesome and there is a trail to suit every ability, it is a must for everyone, put it in your bucket list in Capital letters and do it, you'll be wrapped you did!I came for a day and now changed that to 4 days maybe even 5, it's that good and there is so much variety of trails, it's what living is all about, having fun, I can't stop smilin!! Toilets and showers are very clean. Great spot if you're planning on riding the trails there. Can get quite busy over the weekends.

Great facilities people coming and going everyday so if you don't have the desired camp spot first go just wait it out and you will get one soon enough showers are $4 for 4 min bring your gold coins!

Dog friendly campground. $ 20 per night. $5 for a 4 min shower. Next to pub and river 2 min ride to trailhead

Good clean facilities including hot showers. $4 for 4 minutes. Pubs & takeaway in close proximity. Great spot beside the Cascade River. Kids playground. Highly recommend.

Free Camping site in Derby close to shops .Very clean Big park by the side of river and close to the centre with cafes,Bars and shops within 5 mins walk..Park is big enough to fit like 50-60 caravans. 6-7 Clean Toilets with shower .I think you’ll have to pay for water for showing in vending machine nearby.Must visit place if you are travelling this way .

Great cheap campsite by river . Supplied fire drums . Excellent coin showers and toilet facilities. Just rock up and find a space . Fantastic MTB trails nearby .

Before Derby became a Mountain Bike centre we stayed more than once at Derby. The free campground right beside the wonderful Ringarooma River is a delight. The town itself is small but has some great attractions.
