My four-day Vedic Meditation course with Barron was (without exaggeration) a life changing experience. Be Here Nowra - Meditation
This course was perfect for me. I had been doing guided meditation for a couple of years and was seeking the next level. Vedic meditation has been great. Baron is a beautiful teacher and I felt safe and included and have been able to keep up my daily practice for a few months now. Highly recommend this practice for anyone wanting to calm their mind and feel more grounded.

I can't quite explain it, Barron is the most gentle and inspiring meditation teacher. For many people meditation is intimidating, just the thought of it brings stress, and sometimes teachers take themselves too seriously. He makes is seem easy, effortless and accessible. I'm so glad he was the one who introduced me into this practice and I cannot recommend this enough. You will see small and bigger changes gradually. A few weeks in, I feel more energized, less anxious and just... lighter, if that makes sense :) Much love!

I did not know anything about meditation before attending a 4 day course at Be Here Nowra. Barron was an amazing teacher and guide into this world. I would recommend giving this a go for anyone who wants to learn more about meditation and changing their mind set about stress.

Big shout out to Barron Hanson . I recently sat his Vedic Meditation course, and it's had a profound impact already. It's a simple technique done for 20 minutes twice a day. For me, I've noticed more clarity, more energy, resilience and things that used to bother me don't. If you're interested in sitting a course, give him a call. You won't regret it
