There was a problem with the fitting of two tyres that took an hour and half. I was out dog walking and received no update. The owner appologiesed and did the right thing by me. This has been the first time I have had a problem with them and so will most likely use them again in the future.

Great independent workshop, good to know you’re supporting the little guys, and the prices were great. I’ve interacted with a few of the people here and all were extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I stuffed them around a little bit too and they handled everything flawlessly and fit me in with ease. I’ll be back again for sure.

Very friendly and helpful staff.I've been getting my cars serviced and tyres sourced from the team at Mason's for years and I've loved the service and honesty. There's been a few occasions where the team will show me components that although currently still fine are showing signs of wear which In subsequent services I've found to be needing replacing.Highly recommended and love supporting a local business and family.

Having had a few years experience with Masons I feel happy to say they are trustworthy and also very pleasant to deal with. They won me over and I am bit of a skeptic. It's a relief to leave your car knowing you will get an honest appraisal of your car's condition.I think the whole staff is helpful but Lauren on reception stands out as smart, nice and knows her job 100%. I would not go anywhere else for my car maintenance.
