After my electrician decided to walk off site I contacted Seth who was on site within an hour to look over the work required. He quickly prioritised the work and got a team in over the next week to get it done, so we could move back into the house. (Even Seth himself jumped in to ensure the work got completed on time)Since then we have had several follow up jobs to complete the less urgent work and their approach and work has always been professional and timely.A pleasure to deal with and deliver good old fashioned service. Seth and the team were professional, knowledgably and delivered both product and service in a very timely manner. The entire team were very helpful and the installation team were polite and a pleasure to deal with. When we encounted an error with our system we received an after hours call to rectify the situation immediately. Would highly recommend Seth and the team.

Keith Atkinson electrical installed 6 fans in our mothers home and did a great job. They were fast, did a great job and cleaned up after. My mum is very pleased to now have lovely efficient fans with lights.They even called when the job was going to incur a slightly greater fee due to increased cabling, and the price was very reasonable. I would definitely use them again.

My exhaust fan installer was friendly and very pleasant, providing the best possible service. He allowed time to discuss the pros and cons of the installation point and installed the fan efficiently and neatly. The office staff at Keith Atkinson Electrical provided excellent customer service.Definitely recommend.

From the first phone call to the company and speaking with Stephanie,then speaking to Seth. The process and advice was made easy. Sensor lights ,front ,garage,back patio and switches relocated were done so promptly. Communication was no problem between myself and company. Very happy with the final product and installation.

Keith, from KAE, responded to our after hours call due to sudden power loss late in the evening. After gathering info from us on the phone to make sure we needed a call out, he was here within 45 minutes. On arrival he quickly identified a major fault and set about fixing it. At all times he was professional and friendly. What was a complex job was completed within 1.25 hours. We honestly can’t recommend KAE highly enough and are very appreciative of their services.
