JUMP! Swim Schools Hoppers Crossing

Is it normal for the swimming teacher to let the kids drown a bit before helping them? Nope not at all. I saw frustration from the teacher when working with my 6 year old. My child gets super excited in the water and the reason I took him was to learn how to swim as he is over confident - so listening is not his best trait. I didn't like it so pulled him out as soon as i saw that the teacher had an attitude like he'll learn his lesson not to jump" and let him down before pulling my child up. And no I did not interfere in any of the 3 lessons until I saw that."

I’ve tried a lot of the swim schools in the area and none of them really work for us but this school is a winner! My daughter loves the small class sizes and the teachers are lovely. Sandra is my daughters personal favourite, keep up the good work

Was a awesome swimming school when our little girl started but as soon as the new owner's came in it's gone downhill fast, there has been no consistency in teachers or what they teach and 1 class there was actually no teacher at all and I was asked to go home and come back later. I hope that they can get back to how they used to be but we will no longer be going there.

This place is a joke. Bare minimum facilities. It’s obvious this place was quickly slapped together so it could make as much money as possible as fast as possible. One super tiny shower that’s out in the open and has a shower curtain as a screen. There’s even a sign saying that it’s only to rinse off and not actually shower. Mind you It’s supposed to be shared by 8 children all finishing lessons at once. There are only three changing cubicles one of which has a baby change table inside, making it basically unusable which leaves most of the children to have to change out in the open in front of absolutely everyone. Don’t even get me started on the ever changing teachers. Some have been fabulous but some have been absolutely awful both in personality and teaching ability. The staff at the desk have always been lovely.

Classes are cancelled frequently. Make up lessons are not tracked properly and apparently they expire within a month which the customers are not made aware of. They are understaffed and staff keep changing every class which doesn’t allow for consistent learning experience for the child. I used to be quite happy with it like 3 years back but with the new management I am totally disappointed and would pull my kid out soon.

My two boys aged 5&6 have learnt so much in a short time thanks to Sarah. Her patience and understanding is amazing.Great price, small groups and friendly staff is what will make us come back after our break.Shout out to Tahlia and Sarah, so welcoming and always doing their job with a smile.Thanks Ladies

They at first answered my calls, when I went to first class they said there’s a “$35” membership payment. When I asked what for she didn’t know what for she assumed it was for the bag and nappy to wear in the pool?I found t believe they were asking for a $35 member ship payment. I tried to call to cancel my daughters future swimming no answer and they then blocked me.

Amazing swim school! The teachers are really good, show genuine care and I like that they focus on safety so much for the little ones. The desk ladies and management are always kind and nothing is too much trouble for them, they will always try to accommodate my requests. I like that when my daughter is sick that I can arrange a make up lesson even if its every month! in saying that, the pool is like a bath but she does bring home bugs from daycare sometimes. The other thing I like is they teach all year round so my daughter still gets lessons when all the other kids stop swimming in school holidays. My payment is taken via direct debit each month too for the month ahead which is great as on a lower income it would be hard to pay for a full term ahead of time. Highly recommend!

Jump swimming is great. I like to watch the progress of my child. The teacher is patient and nice. Thank you!

No make up lessons. Very poorly managed. Understaffed. Lot of hidden policies which customers are not made aware under the new management. For your own peace find a better centre that will accelerate your child's learning.
