I have used these hairdressers for years. Love their work, lovely people, however I had to cancel last minute due to being a covid close contact and they did not allow my deposit(which is mandatory) to be carried over to reschedule. So they took my deposit. I'm no longer going to use them. Covid is hard to navigate at the best of times and I'm surprised this company has no empathy if your honest about your covid exposure. So be mindful of this when you book!

We had the most wonderful morning getting pampered by the girls at The Hair Quarters in Kiama. My mum and I had a girls day out and treated ourselves to a haircut. Kelsey worked her magic with a colour correction for myself and we both received beautiful fresh haircuts and walked out ready for a long lunch. And all afternoon we were talking about how amazing the head massage with hot towel aromatherapy. Highly recommend and if you can get your appointment with Kelsey, grab it, she is great!

Absolutely love coming to this place . The staff are always so welcoming, being a mother that sometimes has to take her child they make you feel so comfortable. They are simply amazing . Highly recommend going to get your hair done here . It’s worth the drive from Jervis bay to Kiama . Keep up the great work ladies and thank you so much
