contact them, one of the sales called Dan gave the price over the phone, refused to provide the quote and wants me to pay in half an hour otherwise the deal would be cancel. Well, if a customer buys a laser machine worths $4500, as a sales person, you could be more patient for them to choose when to buy and where to buy. there are lots of suppliers with same machine. as a customer, I do have the right to compare the price and decide when I want to make the deal. but this guy is so rude and restless over the phone. and telling me off, saying I know you are comparing the price and if you don't pay it now, forget it. and he just handed up. well done, good luck to him. I guess you are making millions and dont care any potential customers.

Customer service number doesn't answer ever. No one contacts you. Still in limbo with my order!
