my phone wasn’t turning on even after charging it last night. i went to jb and they couldn’t resolve the issue and i was asked to go to mymac. in an instant, the lady there helped me and my phone was turning on and charging which i couldn’t get it to do before. kudos to them, they are like miracle workers.

Bad customer service . Staffs here shouldGo and get how to give good customers service training from Apple Store chadstone . Instead of wasted my time here I should have gone there . I went there on Tuesday morning to ask some doubts about my iPhone 14 pro max . I waited there for 15 min . Before me there was one person waiting in the queue . And that staff was handling one other customer . When my turn came they way his response put me off totally . First he couldn’t resolve the issue . People why they should come to work if they don’t feel like working . Such a big store in glen shopping center in they space some other shops can be open . Original apple shop instead of this shop looks very depressing . staffs and owner who works in that shop should get their act together and come to work or better close the store .

Very surprised that “This” Apple authorized dealer cannot replace wired EarPods under warranty when visiting the store.. I’ve visited the store (for click & Collect) after being directed by Apple service to collect replacement Earpods, But to my surprise was told we do not carry these in stock, “They will be ordered for you and you will have to come back and pick them up”.My visit was arranged after spending some time on the phone to Apple service to diagnose and determine the headsets were faulty and needed to be replaced. I was given the option that they could send out replacement headsets for free but with a delivery cost of $19. So I chose to visit the closest store which would provide me with service. After visiting a Apple owned department store at HighPoint I was told they do not do service requests so I would need to visit the next closest store which was a non-Apple department store, but a franchise, and they would do the service.When I arrived at MyMac at the scheduled service visit time I was given the option to buy new iPhone EarPods at the cost of $29 which would avoid another trip back to the store.I find this very poor customer service due to the fact that they would not provide me with a replacement set even though they did have a “New replacement unit” in stock; I was told “they had to order the headset from Apple and have it delivered to the store”. I did question why was this not arranged earlier in anticipation that I had placed a service request booked a week earlier to have the headset EarPods replaced on my service visit. I also asked could the headset unit be sent via post and they said they did not have that service.I must say the service representative at MyMac was most helpful,very pleasant and professional. But this did not alleviate the fact that I was extremely frustrated with the poor attention to customer service by Apple and it’s processes and procedures.

Britt was sensational today fixed an issue immediately and nothing was a problem for her. She deserves a pay rise.

Terrible customer service, took my sons iPad which was under warranty for repair that was covered by apple, but the person at the counter said they couldn’t repair it until I paid a $69 labour charge. So i took the iPad to Doncaster Mac store they fixed it in 5 minutes and charged me nothing as it was covered under AppleCare. Don’t waste your time here it appears this store make their own rules and don’t follow Apple guidelines for warranty repairs.

I’ve worked with the team at MyMac for over 5 years now and couldn’t recommend them higher from individual assistance to large rollouts of 600+ devices. The personalised service is better than a booking at an Apple Store where I have waiting over 1hr past my booked time to get help. Thanks for all your ongoing support.

Worst Apple support experience ever. I am surprised who is this store is still open. Team over there dnt knw anything they just call other technicians and seek solutions over phone. I went there with face id issue and it was a total waste of time. They said you have leave your phone and still theysaid tehre is no garranty that it will be fixed.Dnt waste your time and efforts. Just book with other apple store even if u have to wait a week for appointment still worth it at other store …

I had requested via the Apple website for a battery replacement from this store. Ended up be charged for ‘hardware diagnostics’ to be then told my logic board had failed (was quoted $750). Ordered a replacement battery off ifixit and replaced it myself. Phone works perfectly… be careful with the crowd, best to head to the actual Apple Store for repair.
