THE BEST BURGERS!!! Extremely tasty, healthy, fresh and full of flavour, not to mention the delicious Italian style donuts!!! Their burgers are a family take away favourite, satisfying even our most fussiest eater. We've never been disappointed us since we discovered them a couple of years ago. Balwyn Canteen knocks it out of the park in a market that has quite a few burger places. This Friday afternoon, we received delicious complimentary donuts for us to enjoy (I so needed a sugar fix with my coffee after a long week). Keep up the amazing work, you are the BEST and thank you for appreciating and remembering your regular customers. Would have taken a photo of the burgers but they went as soon as they arrived!

Recently tried the Junior burger and unfortunately, I found the burger to be quite mediocre. While the beef was standard, there was nothing particularly special about it. The bun was soft, but that was about it. However, I would like to try their other menu items, as they may be more inspiring. Overall, while I wasn't blown away with the burger, I would be willing to give the restaurant another chance and explore other options on their menu.

Came here to try the epic donut burger! Man it was so delicious and insanely creative, never had anything like it before! Very cool concept of a sweet peanut butter jam donut together with a beef patty. A must try! And a pretty photo for the gram :) Their other savoury burgers were pretty tasty too. Decently priced too! They have a range of pretty and yummy donuts too, will be back to try other flavours! Kind staff at the counter to welcome you.

My first visit will not be my last. All the great reviews lead me to this place & it did not disappoint with a great selection of burger options plus. My selection was absolutely delicious. I was convinced to have all 3 sauces because the combination was great & they were right! It is one of the best burgers I've ever had, plus delicious crisp chips & the donuts they make were melt in the mouth too. Their super burgers will need a greater appetite, but I'll work up to trying one of them. Staff are friendly & very helpful. Parking is on the street or out behind the shops. Well worth a visit!

The chips were very salty, but the kind of salty that takes you back to primary school where the tuck shop would be run by a parent that didn't care and just overloaded it and you could do nothing but enjoy the life altering quantity of sodium in your diet.I had the chicken burger it was insanely good. I want to go back and try some more things, though there isn't much space to dine in (did it anyway with a mate, sat outside on the single table). Defs a take-away joint and is absolute quality. 10/10 please do not change <3

This was a fantastic burger. Juicy Patties with a good crust, and not too greasy. Leaves you feeling good after eating it. The Patties are quite thick so go with the single unless you’re extra hungry

Stopped by to get a coffee but couldn't leave without a donut. Great assortment of desserts especially the donuts as so fresh and delicious. If you looking for something else to eat, great pies,sausage rolls amd other baked goods. Looking for something health, there is always the sandwich bar which you can either buy Pre made sandwiches or rolls, but the staff are happy to make a sandwich or roll with whatever fillings you want. Coffee is delicious and will definitely be back for another one, and staff are all friendly smiling and happy to chat while you wait.
