Remember when Hungry Jacks would take pride in their business that they didn't need a waiting bay, efficiency and service quality have slipped to a very low standard in recent years. When was the last time the person serving you repeated your order back to you as they were giving you your meal in an effort to ensure your order was correct. When was the last time your fries were filled correctly as per their menu photos. Head office need to hold branch and shift managers more accountable

I would prefer to put Zero stars but unfortunately can't.The Service and Burgers are beyond disgusting at Shellharbour Hungry Jacks.Hungry Jacks was our families go to for Take Away night but not anymore after lasts nights Service.

ordered food from the St Marys store in Sydney. And found a FINGER NAIL in the chips. During a pandemic like the one we are currently in, you think they would be more cautiou. The food is not hygienically prepared, if you can not even wear gloves while preparing orders, then I can only imagine what back of house looks like.

In what industry do you accept false advertising? How can you show me an image claim it's something you offer, then when I ask for that item I get something not even close to what you're advertising?Is this correct? You feel you negate the responsibility of providing honest examples of what a consumer is purchasing? You can say we'll it's fast food" or "cheap food" however I don't see it that way. If you've come to this page, you probably paid a lot of money for a nasty, low standard meal, slapped together by teenagers not giving a rat's, with a teenage manager, clearly, also not giving a rat's about what they serve!I have complained about a shocking Whopper burger twice with their online feedback system last week and they are still ignoring it because I attached a video of it being unwrapped and opened to show the disgusting mess they expected us to eat !I will get my response from you useless mob!I challenge people to open the burger and compare it to the photos they use to advertise their burgers.....Guess what, THE BURGERS ARE SHOCKING AT HUNGRY JACK'S!

You need to get down here in Burnie Tasmania and retrain everyone before there is a very serious injury,physically and mentally. Worst fast food operation managed,I use that term losely, that I have ever witnessed. Does nothing for your advertising. Duty of care lacking, infection control is poor, staff enthusiasm non existent which would come under work health and safety
