On the Spot Towing

I had an issue with my kombi, had to call and rejoin NRMA, but eventually got my partner to come and rescue us. We were on the side of the road for 3 1/2 hours, having cancelled the call out from NRMA. Very surprised to see a tow truck stop for us - this was Robert who had seen us in the same position on his way to a job and stopped to help. His friendly manner and resourcefulness brought us the moral support, and actual assistance my partner needed with a tricky snapped clutched cable. Robert asked what the matter was, suggested a solution, helped implementing it and got us on our way! I just couldn't believe how nice and cheery he was, just what was needed, and offered his services out of kindness. Top bloke!

We rang Rob from On the Spot Towing to tow my partners Harley Davidson that wouldn't start. Rob was very prompt and professional and took great care of my partners bike. I would not hesitate to recommend Rob to anyone who requires towing services. Just an all round good guy who takes pride in what he does:-)

Very impressedThis was my first time dealing with a towing company after my wife and kids were in a car accident. When you see a tow truck your first thought is a vulture waiting for your time to expire so they can take your car but this wasn't the case when dealing with Robert from on the spot towing he was a gentleman and easy to talk to he was not intrusive at all in such a chaotic moment.Even after the the accident Robert went above and beyond even to the point of organising everything for a hire car for my family that was dropped to my door and that was one less thing i had to worry about and allowed me more time with my family while they recovered.Thank you on the spot towing
