Urgent rental repairs needed and some promised prior to signing lease however not even acknowledged after moving in. Having to go to VCAT as I have had to go to work leaving my house unlocked. No privacy as blinds are broken and missing bits. I was told they would be repaired but, of course they remain broken. This company simply is not interested and does seem to take any responsibility for maintaining the properties they rent.

After having our property with another agent for 6 months with no results, Ricky and the team from Century 21 were a welcomed change.Ricky's energy, enthusiasm & communication was a wonderful change and even a brought us a prompt sale.Ricky was an absolute pleasure to deal with and it's very clear that he takes pride in his work.The service was very professional yet personal.
