The cakes and breads are amazing. It is one of the best places to enjoy latinoamerican's cakes, however the owner is very impolite, he likes to make cruel and disrespectful jokes to the customers who he doesn't know before. Amazing products but the owner is a bully

Marciano's Cakes
I ordered a few cakes, the ones with cream were off. I told the lady a week before and she did not care. We were so lucky that children did not eat them, they would have been six too. She said i should have told her earlier but it was a Sunday the shop was close already.If that happened at the Marciano’s cake in Clayton, they would take responsibility and replace the cakes or something.

I love coming here to have authentic Empanadas and Alfajores! The staff are always friendly and reliable. I think this is the best South American Cafe in the South East Area of Melbourne.

I don't recommend it, the last time I bought a tres leches cake and the owner sold me another cake of a different flavor, I realized when I cut the cake for my birthday, super Bad experience with this bakery, also the cake was old and had a bad taste I'm sorry because I'm Chilean just like the owner, but the owner wasn't honest, bad service.

the best empanadas in Australia and you can't change my mind, I live in QLD and everytime I visit my sister in Melbourne I must eat their empanadas, she even brings me dozens when she visits me.. The best,. period..

Ideally located, Marciano's Cakes offers a great variety of Deliciously made Latin American cakes, pastries, eat in or take away fast food, Soft Drinks and other goodies.Service is very friendly and fast, the owner is a very jovial and friendly person, who likes to joke and loves to talk and engage with customers*.* Definitely not a bully as some culturally naive customer mentions on the review bellow..

Walked past and saw cake. Bought some for home. The custard donut was recommended, and I cannot go past chocolate cake. Solid flavours, good price. Didn't realise how raved about the empanadas were otherwise I would've got some too.

Superb chilean pastries. They have all the classics and some new cakes that I had never tried. Definitely try the torta de mil hojas" and "berlines". If you are looking for something savory I will go back to try Churrascos (Bread and thin sliced beef) and Completos (Chilean hot dogs)."
