The best customer service! One of the biggest contributing factors with going to Wetherill Kennards was the team working here. I was looking for a place for my small business and from the first day of inquiring the team have been very accomodating with all my questions and requests. Phil, Trina and Maddi have always been open to help and I have always felt welcome at their office. They go above and beyond their roles and have helped me out so much - assistance with the walker forklift, helping me accept deliveries and getting electricity installed at my unit. They have done it with no complaint and with a smile on their face.The facilities have all the amentities needed if you are to stay for a long period of time, clean bathrooms, an accessible kitchen and a meeting space if you ever need to do Zoom calls. The team do a great job keeping this place tidy!I really appreciate that they can accept deliveries on your behalf. The team will notify you via text that you have a delivery. I haven't had an issue with misdelivery or lost parcels here.Its hard to find the level of customer service elsewhere so I can't recommend Kennards Wetherill enough!- Cathy

I had a really intense interstate move from ACT to NSW.I arranged with Kennards Storage at Wetherill Park in the lead up, reserving a half-garage storage above ground level. This was approximately 2.5 x 3m and fit most of my furniture from a 2-bed, 2 bath apartment (including soring a queen frame and bed, washing machine, fridge, drawers, coffee table, approximately 7 52L boxes, a 2.5 chaise lounge, various appliances).Confirmation online was very easy, and after speaking putting in a call was advised I could book and then change my date to later (easily and for free) if my plans changed. This flexibility was great as I was arranging movers, cleaning, key return, inspection etc.I would recommend however, finalising your booking before the day when prompted via email (I didn't) to prevent delay when trying to store, especially with movers. Regardless, staff were extremely helpful and accommodating on what was a very stressful day.The storage itself was really clean and well maintained. Additionally, staff were very accommodating and switched my storage to an equivalent space so I didn't have to trouble my moving truck from where they parked while I sorted out the admin.Just remember to bring your own lock, but if not, the team has good quality and reasonably priced locks for sale.Overall the price is good, as is the service, and the 24-hour self-access if needed. I would 100% recommend this location and team.

Quick and easy place to store my stuff. Maddie was also a great help when it came to any questions I had.
