I must have been there on an off day...the curried carrot pie would have been ok if that's what I had ordered....I actually ordered a curried beef pie but the beef had gone walkabout... I don't think the service was fantastic either. Over rated and over priced.

Second stop here in 4 years. Pies here are sensational. Recently called in after Arkaroola. Great feed. Clean, friendly and helpful staff. I'll be back.

Best surprise in whole outback trip. You HAVE TO DROP IN AND EAT HERE.Why don't more people know about this place - the town only has about 3 buildings in it, and the building looks like it is just a Caravan Park. Anyway I had the Kangaroo and Port Pie and the Quandong Pie - I don't even like kangaroo, but both pies and even the coffee was great. Just go....
