Great staff, all amazing and hard working. One star review is for no cash self check out machines. Or sometimes they have 1 out of 15. I makes all customers angry. I just don't understand it...

Some staff are amazing and some staff are absolutely awful. This location seems to be understaffed quite often. The selection and range are absolutely bizarre for a metro. It’s borderline offensive the data they obviously pulled in order to decide on what stock goes into the store. Please provide a feedback portal for local residents to request what products should be stocked or move out of the neighbourhood please. We would 100% prefer to be providing local businesses with our support so if you insist upon being in this neighbourhood please pay some attention to what your customers need.

Have lived near this Woollies for two years and it was my primary supermarket during the pandemic, so just wanted to say it is excellent. Has good range, including fresh food, special dietary options and homebrand, despite nominally being a Woolworths Metro. Staff are helpful when required, though customers primarily use self-service checkouts. Store is always clean and stocked. Also has soft plastic recycling.

I love that I can get in and out of there in ten minutes. It's not overwhelming and crowded (with people, aisles or stock choices), the layout rarely changes so once you orient yourself you're set, and for a small store they have selections of most items you would find in a larger store so usually you'll find what you're looking for (or a variant of it).

This particular Woolworths or maybe it’s all of them, but in particular this one is dropping the ball in so many ways. Produce is almost non existent and when it is there it goes off within a day or two of purchasing. The staff or lack therefore have zero customer service skills and think it’s all just a big joke. They all stand around chatting like it’s high school and not that they are being PAID to do a JOB. Also, very annoying the 1 self service that used to dispense cash no longer does but you can go next door to BWS for cash, at least there the staff still understand what customer service is.

This place has a better vibe than most woolies stores.Maybe is because our boys at Policrete did such a killer job with the polished concrete floor.Either way. I’m not a local but if I was in this area I’m pretty sure that I would shop here.

Liminal space. Very little selection of products. The produce is all artificially ripened. You stare in horror at the sushi fridge. How long has it been there? You think to yourself: this is Brunswick, why of all meals will I pay 10$ for gentrified fridge sushi?Two stars because the toilet paper and paper towels are nice and affordable. Can't complain about that.
