Every time I go to this store I am greeted as I walk in by staff or Manager with a very genuine hello. The staff are Very helpful. Customer service is the most important thing in my opinion. If the prices are slightly higher I am sure they would price match.If I didn't have to price match for affordability I would shop at this store all the time.Being a pensioner I have to go where the specials are on.But I did get a nice suprise yesterday when I purchased the Greenie treats for my cats. They were a lot cheaper than other stores I have visited.

It can be really expensive here but the staff are mostly lovely and happy to help. There was one staff member who was quite rude and unhelpful which was sad. But overall if you can't find what you are after they can either tell you where you CAN get it, or can offer an alternative that is just as good.

The place really is fab with really friendly and helpful staff. Pleased remember that it takes two to tango with any interaction so be cautious of reviews on here complaining about staff because I have found all of them really delightful. As a new puppy owner and first-time dog owner, I have so much faith, trust and confidence in the staff to help me and also educate me. A new loyal customer.

Thank you for grooming my baby he’s looks beautifulThere is a before phone that another groomer did 2 days before hand he looks like I wasn’t touchedSecond photo was best friends in Tuggeranong ..his feet,ears,underneath and ears were done❤️he hated being touched but some how you won him over and did a brilliant job..thank you Thank you❤️❤️❤️

The best pet store in Tuggeranong, has a good range of stock and at good prices. the staff are friendly and helpful too, would like to see some more live plants stocked in the fish area but otherwise great.
