MOST UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY OUT THERE.REFUSED TO SEND ME CONCRETE BECAUSE I ASKED FOR A CEMENT REPORT THE PREVIOUS WEEK. LEFT US HIGH AND DRY DO NOT SET UP AN ACCOUNT WITH THUS LOT THEY TAKE EVERYTHING PERSONALLY. BUNCH OF COWBOYS

One of the worst customer service i have seen...mr angelo does not care about the business anymore ...terrible terrible customer service..very happy with the lady who help us to choose the exposed aggregate but Angelo got some serious issues...won't recommend to anyone. ..not even deserve 1 star rating....no need to insult and yell at customer who walk in to pay higher than others and still get insulted....

Extremely rude staff! I called these guys to ask if they are still allowed to deliver concrete during the lockdown and he was extremely rude with me....even blamed me for calling a week earlier and asking the same question which I never did... when I tried to explain he just spoke over me and pretty much yelled at me.. very unprofessional!
