Been sitting in the waiting room since 9.30am, but over an hr or so wait... to keep pregnant and hungry mums waiting is a joke.. no1 in the reception area..

Beware of the mental health department.

Not as progressive as day the inner-city medical centres, the Care is good but the building is old

This relates to the Breastscreen Qld service within the centre The lady who does the actual screen is wonderful. A petite lady with blonde bobbed hair and a slight English accent. She praises how well you're doing and it doesn't hurt.Be wary of the receptionist with the brown hair (caucasian, late 40s/50s). At the very time you need some peace and quiet as you contemplate the procedure she will bombard you with personal questions from any information she can pull off your records. If you try to appease her by answering her questions eg So

Beware of the nasty receptionist at the Inala oral health centre called Fale as she’s very rude , unprofessional.and I really don’t know how she works at that place with her rude attitude towards people , they must be really desperate to hire someone like her ! I called to ask why does my 79 year old father have to wait up to 9 months to get new dentures as he was told by a specialist that he needed new dentures urgently because he can hardly eat , he lost a lot of weight so that’s classified as an emergency and she hang up the phone at me ? I called again and asked why did she hang up , if she works in a place like this she needs to answer questions and she hang up again so I called again and told her then in this case I’ll come there and ask you the question face to face and guess what ? She went to hide at the back ! Absolutely disgusting service at Inala oral heath ! All I wanted was to ask the dentist why is there such a long waiting period when my father was told that he needs a new denture urgently and as a pensioner he’s entitled to it . He waited one year already and has been at that place 6 times now because his dentures cause him pain , and every time he goes there they try to fix his old broken denture ! Absolutely disgusting! Shame on you for treating the elderly people that way !!!
