I have spent a lot of time in hospital in the last few years.. all good but Emerald Hospital was a whole new experience .Fast accurate diagnosis in Emergency...Doctors who didnt just look at the obvious but got to the real problem.A Nursing Team that was so caring and done everything they could to keep me comfortable ..The Housekeeping Staff were such friendly people. Always willing to help..I could go on but it comes down to .. Thank you to Everyone at the Emerald Hospital for your care and kindness during my stay.

I had recently had to visit Emerald Hospital Emergency Dept. The care shown to me was outstanding, very professional and the doctor and nurse were empathetic to me. We were travelling through Emerald and had to visit.

Best care from this hospital. My daughter suffers very badly from croup and always lands herself in the emergency department, cannot fault staff at all. So kind and patient and very caring.Also had both my babies here and couldn’t fault that experience either :)

My enquiries relating to visiting optical specialists confirmed that only cataract surgeries are catered for at this stage (as at September 2020) , however, I received an offer of an appointment for a retinal injection in late October but I had to refuse it because I had treatments elsewhere.I would suggest if patients need appointments, they should get referrals sent to the hospital and be prepared for a wait.

Sat in the emergency room for 2 hours. For the last hour, no one else came and went - was totally abandoned by the doctors and staff while in constant pain. When you're in the business of helping people and you can't even acknowledge my existence or my need - you've failed!

I had occasion to go to Emerald hospital Radiology department today, my first time in the hospital here.I was pleasantly surprised by how caring and compassionate, eager to go out of their way, to assist me when I was in significant pain.Congratulations to the Radiology department for your excellent effort towards patients and users oof the service and thanks for your care.

Amazing experience here at emergency. The nurses, doctors, obstetrician, care was beyond my expectations! Being my first time ever in Hospital, everyone made me feel at ease and was very nice! Thank you so much for everything!
