Went to Redcliffe to update my will as out of date. Took three months to get an appointment and Redcliffe was sooner than Brisbane. Prompt service and professional. After bad publicity about fees and estate management, changed my executors from PT which received a cool reception but managed to complete process successfully.Good public service no charge.

It takes a little while to get an appointment but it was totally worth the wait. Kelly produced a new will for me with sensible advice and good humour. The appointment was all concluded in 40 minutes and the bonus is that it is a free service. I recommend the Public Trustee if you need a will - they will do all the legalese" to ensure your will is both legal and personal."

Absolutely appalled I live with my housemate who has to have to misfortune of being with these people. These guy are NOT! Paying Half of the electricity bill! I have been sending invoice after invoice! and nothing is being done about it! incompetent and lazy! I am not saying everybody who works here is. And i have been told It's my problem" but some people just don't care. I'll keep complaining until the bill is paid"

They humiliated me in public cause they didn't like the mask I had on and I mean out on the street in public, loudly, I started to have an anxiety attack plus they were going to charge me over $200 to do power of attorney documents when after this embarrassing situation I went home and down loaded the necessary documents for $39!!! What a scam
