GC Aerial Gold Coast Aerial Rigs

Purchased a rig after several communications on ensuring the rig arrived before the week of my event to assure it was available. Was guaranteed via messenger and via email that it would and that delivery was a 4 day turn around.Radio silence so week 2 I reached out online and via email to be assured it would arrive - guaranteedWeek three heard nothing so reached out and was told the public holiday had their staff off but it would be sent that week with a four day delivery so expect it on the FridayNothing arriveMonday enquired again and got a tracking message on the Tuesday saying it would not arrive before the event - so rang and was told on the phone it would regardless of tracking - by the Friday the day before the event I rang and requested a refund - refused - the offered to hire a rig from someone in Melbourne but I had to spend 3 hours in the car to collect it then another 3 hours in the car to return it on the day of the biggest event we produce in the year - our time is worth moneyThe excuse was the weatherHowever the Parcel was not collected from their warehouse until the Monday at 3pm so it was never going to arrive in timeCustomer service calls were apologetic but dismissive and tried to make me feel like I was asking for too muchRegardless of the quality the rig may have (which I dont know because I wont use it for a year) the deception and lying is not acceptable for a company that has obviously grown to big to manage their customer service and logistics .No acceptable outcome or real apology

I couldn't recommend Gold Coast Aerial Rigs enough! They have a range of rigs to suit anyone and are so helpful. I have the mini rig and it was easy to assemble and feels very secure there is no shaking or wobbles when I use it and it is high enough for me to do basic one rotation silks drops safely. Thankyou so much Gold Coast Aerial Rigs!!!

Amazing products and such a great company! Loved my experience of purchasing the Mega Rig and Aerial Silk! The rig is super sturdy and the pulley system is simple and easy to use, and there’s so many silk colours to choose from! Great customer service, very professional and helpful. I have brought a Lyra and skin repair of Gold Cost Aerial Rigs and love them both. The skin repair works so fast, so now i dont have to wait a week for silk burn to heal normally, the Lyra is amazing i love it so much and is amazing quality.Can't wait to buy from them again!!

I bought a maxi rig, silk and Lyra from GCAR and I couldn’t be happier! The rig has great height and the footprint is small enough that it fits on my decking. At the highest point, the rig has enough width for drops and helicopters/cartwheels (silks). It’s also super sturdy and I don’t feel like it’s moving at all when I am doing dynamic moves (Lyra or silks). Added bonus - super quick set up and take down.I also couldn’t be happier with my Lyra and silk. Everything is great quality and the service has been great. Definitely recommend these guys for all your aerial needs!

I'm in love with my mega rig and gorgeous emerald silk! There's so much height (7m) and it's super sturdy. They have a great range of aerial products so I will definitely be saving up for more in the future. I highly recommend the monkey hands grip aid, it works wonders! The customer service is the absolute best, Kate and Sam were super friendly and very helpful! If you're looking for aerial equipment, I couldn't recommend these guys more!!

I love my mini rig and aerial hoop!! It’s super sturdy and just easy to practice on as a beginner. I feel safe. Customer service is great as well. I had a million questions since I’m new to this and they were very helpful! I also love that is family owned and just here on the Gold Coast!
