Great sevice by the girls explained everything.The delievery was a completely different story. I had paid for my fridge to be delievered and unboxed at the shop.One guy, in a van(yes my brand new fridge was on its side in a van!!) Trying to deliver a 128kg fridge turned up.I had to help him with it into my house, then he had the balls to ask me for an extra $50 for unpacking of the fridge.

We bought a TV from this place about 8 months ago for a good price. A week ago, the picture went - only had audio. After speaking to the sales person in the shop, we dropped off the faulty TV where they tested and confirmed the fault. They gave us a replacement on the spot. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

DODGEY DODGEY DODGEY. Bought a tv from these dodgers and within 3 months it broke and stopped working. Asked for a refund and he refused and refused. These crims will sell you a broken tv and when it doesn’t work it’s not their problem. Would give 0 stars if it was an option

Please don’t ever buy from this place I’m begging you. I bought a tv from them and it had so many problems and I wasn’t offered a refund, replacement or repair. Please be careful if you do choose to buy from them.

Bought a few refurbished TV’s from this joint, out of the 4 we bought, 3 had to be replaced cause of some issues... but Von the sales girl in the store was an absolute LEGEND, she swapped them over for me immediately, thank you Von for making this transaction a smooth and stress free one!

Purchased a 55 inch TCL. After a couple of weeks the TV was faulty. Attempted to return the tv, but the replacement had a scratch when looking at it in store. Replaced with a ffalcon. This was faulty when took it home. Returned and asked for refund. Was told they will charge a 10% service fee and only refund 90% - that's $50 I will be charged for having two faulty TVs.It has been a week since giving my bank details and the refund still has not been processed.
