No toilet paper, no soap and no towels in the bathroom. Do not stop here.What do the staff do when it’s quiet?? Not stock up or clean that’s for sure.

Omg the toilets haven't been cleaned at all in months it looks like. Felt sick looking at the state of the toilets so we didn't eat etc left to go to the next place

Showers for truck drivers are absolutely disgusting, not clean at all, poor water temperature not being sexist or anything but any other female drivers do not stop here for a shower, around the back, very poor lighting to access them, locks dodgy as hell, no food available at 8.10pm.Staff member was very polite though

Don't know what's happened to this place but it's a dump now. The grounds are messy, bins overflowing and toilets in need of repair and upgrading. Inside things are always broken and food minimal in the bain marie at 9am Friday morning. And the older lady is the rudest person there she definitely needs to retire.

I have been stoping at Cataby Caltex/Ampol since December 2019, while travelling for work or returning to Perth. Stopped today for the 1st time in about 2 months. New staff, new company running it. Wasn't impressed with what was in the hot box, so ordered a large flat white. Instead of using the normal machine, used a push button machine. The dish water coffee was foul, 2 mouthfulls and threw it out, tasted like cardboard. Very understaffed, in the past there has always been 2 staff available for the front counter. Won't be back in a hurry. Waited a long time to be serves.

I bought a small chips for my 5 year old and 2 crumbed beef sausages -$13 in total. So disappointed. Despite being extremely hungry, the food was inedible. Chips were cold, soggy and very old. Sausages were hard and old. This food shouldn't be served. An absolute disgrace.Ok. So they are keen to improve and have made amends. Plus sandwiches were lovely. Thanks.

Just got large chips totally uneatable chicko roll that was the worst I've seen in 50 years of being an Aussie and 2 pies 1 should be a hockey puck other was a steak and onoin tasted bitter as my advice of 30 years of buying food here this is by far the worst food in West Australia and in last 2 years we have done over 45000kms travelling wa in our van
