Have used M&M for years - down in the suburbs and up in the lower blue mountains. Strongly recommend them as they are thorough and always pleasant to work with.

I have tried about 7 pest controllers in the past and Eric is definitely the best. I tried him last year and will be calling him back again next year.

We have used this company for the past 3 years and have requested Keith. Keith is professional, thorough and informative. He was so kind to stop and explain what he was doing and able to work around myself and my husband as we are working from home. Quoted to do whole house the technician would not do the 2 storey back end of the house said it was an OH&S problem when I asked him twice about why he didn’t do it he was very rude, I would never use them again I could have done the 2 storey end myself if I had his equipment with No OH&S danger problems at all you can stand on flat ground and it is no higher than 2 storey building Also he wasn’t going to tell me he hadn’t done the back end of the house I had to ask him after he had sold me the rodent extermination pack if I would have known I would not have purchased his rodent pack. He was there for an hour and half $497.00. Haven’t contacted me regarding a credit for work not done. I bought a 5 litre spray bottle from Bunnings & sprayed the 2 story end of my house standing on the ground so much for a OH&as issue disappointing that the owners of the business took the Technicians word without checking out the job I would never use this business again

M & M pest have been really helpful. The staff on the phone were great at answering my questions and determining what needed to be done. The technician who came to my home was courteous and efficient. He explained what he was going to do and gave me all the follow up information I needed. I will definitely continue to use them.

Have used M&M pest control for a number of years now. The technicians are always on time and are very professional courteous and extremely helpful. Trent was the last technician that came, he answered all my questions and explained everything. Work always carried out in a timely manner.

Just had another best control done this time for me new place and another exceptional experience. Bron was on time time, providing be communication of her expected arrival which was very help as I had to travel between my old residence and my new place. Bron looked around to ensure being a new residence that she knew exactly how to ensure we are protected due to the fact it is an apartment with shared communal areas and was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful giving me a lot of tips for ongoing maintenance. Please thank Bron and will defiantly be booking all my ongoing needs with M &M
