Got my seconds done here today and it was a really stress free experience. I'm bad with pain, but the staff were very transparent about the process and how much it may hurt - my piercer, Griff, was so kind and patient! Definitely coming back in the future for other piercings. :)

Had an awesome experience the staff were on point. Thank you Jessie for my dermal and Griffon for my piercings. I was expecting hella pain, there was little to none. The explanation of what was to happen took longer than the piercing. They were very clean, and I'm not complaining just my previous piercers put on 1 set of gloves for the whole thing, at skin candy they must have swapped gloves like 5 times per piercing.

I had my nose pierced a few months ago and wanted to change my glass stud to a ring, Griffin was awesome at helping me decide which ring to get and showed me how to insert the ring with ease. Thanks Griffin!! #greatCustomerService #definitelyWouldRecommend

I got an industrial done today by Jess and she did such an amazing job! She was very informative and quick with the piercing, checking up to make sure that I was okay during and after it. After getting piercings here a couple times now, I can say that the staff’s customer service is incredible and they are very friendly and helpful. Thank you!!

My flat ear piercing got infected due to my health issues and medication after a year of having it in.It was in inner of the ear all of a sudden overnight my ear swelled to 10x its size and got infected the flat piercing couldn't be seen and was a horrible sight.The amazing Jess was extremely gentle in finding the flat from my swollen ear and took it out I'm so very thankful to Jess my anxiety level was through the roof from the pain, my heart my racing from the pain Jess was extremely Gentle in getting the piercing out and cleaning the infection.Jess knows her work is highly professionalI highly recommend Jess for all your piercing concernsThank you so much, Jess.

I got my industrial piercing done here by a girl named Emily D. she was so nice, sweet and made me feel so comfortable. she was fast and gentle when doing the piercing. Amazing place and workers i will definitely come here again.

went to a different SkinKandy store (Broadway) to switch out my nose stud for a nose screw , and it went so smoothly - without a hitch. unfortunately the screw came out so i stopped by this SkinKandy in Macarthur to switch my original nose piece to a nose ring and she completely destroyed it. family heirloom that ive been wearing for seven years, solid gold with a diamond and she completely destroyed the casing and the bar itself, thanks to her the diamond has come completely unlodged, and i can’t get the rest of the piece out of my nose. after destroying it, the lady insisted that there was something wrong with it to begin with - completely untrue, the piercer at the previous SkinKandy can attest to that. seems like she tried to forcibly remove it in the wrong direction. i’m devastated. i have already submitted feedback through your online portal, and would like to reach a solution/to be compensated.

Amazing service.My daughter and I wanted to get second ear piercings and we had the pleasure of dealing with Emily D.Emily helped us through the process of proving guardianship of a minor and then was a rockstar throughout the whole piercing process.She was so friendly, patient and knowledgeable. She was also so kind and lovely to her coworkers and other people in the store. The other workers in the store were also amazing, I just didn’t get their names.Customer service like that is hard to come by. We will be coming back to book with her again.
