Very efficient, friendly staff. Really happy with my pedicure. Had trouble with my massage chair so will avoid the middle chair next time. My friend loved her massage chair.

I got an SNS and it looked beautiful but it was too thin within a few days I got cracking and chipping really badly. I did not feel they had the experience and will not go there again. I never leave reviews usually but hopefully they will improve with this feedback

I am SO happy with the nails I just got. The girl took extra care and did a perfect job on the nail art I asked for. I was so surprised that the price was really good too. They did such a nice job, definitely my new regular

I went here to have my acrylic nails removed . I have been here before for my pedicure. I have never had acrylic nails removed before so I had no idea what to expect . The nail technician proceeded to cut my nails with clippers and bits of nails were flying everywhere. She then started to manually rip them off my fingers. It was very painful and I screamed out in pain more than once. I also nearly jumped out of the chair . The technician continued roping away till they were all off . With a quick file I was sent on my way .I was In pain and my nails were so badly damaged, they have rips halfway down the nail bed and they are rough and catch on everything . I reached out twice to them and I have had no reply.I sent them photos of the damage . I spoke to friends who said they should have been soaked off not ripped off which caused damage to my nails.

Apple was my nail technician. She was really friendly and has done an amazing job, my nails look like brand new after a week. I will definitely be back again!

Best nail bar in erina fair. When you book your appointment they stay with you until you are finished. Great service

Worst experience!Got a $100.00 birthday voucher. Wasn't expecting a whole bag search, for the voucher I gave the technician. Very rude!!!
