Best layers in town.Quick, thorough and satisfying.Also good at installing floors.10/10 would recommend.

The worst. Floorboards creaked from day one and now they are all lifting. Wouldn't bother reaching out to them as emails are constantly changed and they don't really care anyway. Preparation before putting boards down wasn't done correctly. I had a tradie with twenty years experience just shake his head and laugh.

Imperial Timber was recommended to me by one of their commercial customers, and I am absolutely thrilled with both the quality of the work and the service. Not only did Ben do an amazing job laying the timber floor, but the pre-sales service was also outstanding. From getting a quote and confirming dates for the work to be done, and completing the work in a very short turnaround time of 3 days, between property settlement and move-in - the service was superb. I cannot recommend Ben and Imperial Timber more highly.

The guys at imperial timber installed beautiful herringbone flooring, and we couldn’t be happier! They did such an incredible job and the finish is perfect!It’s added so much much value to our home!

Most of the time they do not answer the phone. I have left several urgent messages for them, but they ignore me.I would appreciate them telling me they can't do the job, if that is the case. But, all I get is NOTHING.
