Westside Panels & Towing

I put my car in to be fixed, l haven't heard back from them it's in good hands so I will just wait until they finish fixing it

Followed a Westside truck from Lilydale to Newnham while they towed a white Camry with damage to the front driver's side. Multiple pieces came off the Camry, one in particular striking my windscreen and cracking it. The entire inner guard came out near Powers Road. I tried multiple times to hail the driver to no avail.When we called the business to inform them of what occurred, the driver told us about all the times he has followed trucks and had broken windscreens and they had done nothing, denied that there was a car following from Lilydale to Newnham, and also threatened to find out where we live. Pretty disgusting response from a company that should know how to secure a load

Excellent and professional service received. Unfortunately unable to assist when required, due to both towtrucks being loaded up and about to head to Hobart, BUT excellent referral recommendation given, very impressed with same, and service received upon recommendation.

Atrocious service. Never turned up despite being called twice. Made zero effort to contact me. Wouldn't recommend this service to anyone.
