Pilates & Co. - Bundall Pilates Reformer Studio

I've been to 2 of the Pilates & Co locations now and they are both so inviting and beautifully designed. The Mum's and Bubs classes are set up impressively well, with the instructors attentive to both yours and your baby's needs.

Pilates and Co is such a welcoming and feel good space. All of the instructors are super knowledgeable and are always changing up the classes. This was my first time trying reformer Pilates and I honestly look forward to each class! Would definitely recommend :)

I was always scared to join a group class thinking everyone would be watching and judging but when I joined Pilates and co I realised everyone there is super supportive and are only focusing on what they are doing. All the instructors are such beautiful people and really love seeing you improve more and more every week. There is a real sense of community at Pilates and Co and I highly recommend Pilates and Co for anyone thinking of joining a Pilates class.

I've recently moved close to the Pilates & Co Bundall studio, and to check it out I bought a trial package. So far the experience is awesome, the studio has really good equipment, ample parking and clean bathrooms. The classes are run by lovely instructors, who offer layers to suit all abilities and allow you to get the most from your session. I have been attending Pilates classes at various locations for a number of years and this studio is better by comparison to the others I have been a client at.

I recently moved to Burleigh and have be looking for a new reformer studio that is fun, challenging and offers a variety of classes. I'm currently on the intro offer and have been really enjoying Pilates & Co so far! All the staff have been very friendly and supportive and the studio is a vibe. Definitely recommend!

I like you have classes according to different levels because me and my friend joined together; I have a 1 year experience but first time for my friend. However we can go to the same class, usually all level class, which satisfies both of us! I also like the atmosphere like warm and welcome:)

Great facilities and really enjoyed the pacing and challenge of the class. The reformer classes are designed for you to go at your own pace with a great instructor to advise you on alternative poses if you have a current injury. Would recommend!

Introduced to Pilates & Co Burleigh Heads by a friend. I recently started the 6 classes for $60 offer (GC Only). Feeling a little nervous as I am a novice at Pilates, but that was put to rest as the staff and fellow students are friendly and supportive. I'm feeling muscles that I haven't felt before and I'm feeling stronger everyday. Not only physically but mentally. Equipment and studio and equipment is state of the art and is presented clean and inviting. Just signed up for the 6 week challenge starting 6th February 2023 and I'm excited for the possibilities. Pushing myself out of my comfort zone and know that I am supported by the staff at the studio plus my friends and family. Wish me luck.

The Pilates & Co Team are amazing! They take time to talk to you, see how you’re handling everything and alter the classes around injury and level of experience. I couldn’t recommend them enough.
